PAN Card Status Check by Mobile Number (SMS & Online Method)

Have you applied for a PAN card and are now waiting for its delivery of the same? Well, what you can do is check the status of your PAN using your mobile number and get clarity on delivery. These methods of checking the status enable the applicant to effortlessly check the PAN status from the comfort of your home instead of visiting the physical income tax department's office.

Importance of Checking PAN Card Status

Holding a PAN has become mandatory over the last couple of years for all income-earning individuals and non-individuals. PAN cards can be issued for four different bodies, such as PAN for Indian individuals, Indian companies, and foreign citizens along with their PAN card.

Once you have already filled out your PAN application, a new PAN card status check by mobile number can give you an idea regarding the time frame for delivery.  It also helps you to know whether your PAN card issuance is stuck or not. If you find it stuck, you can call up their grievance centre and enquire regarding the same for better clarity.
