Customer Support & Tax Assistance
Guide users through filing over chat, call and email with patience and clarity — a great fit for calm communicators who enjoy turning a confused customer into a confident one.
Full-Stack & Drupal Developers
Build and maintain the filing platform — PHP and Drupal on the back end, JavaScript on the front — along with the calculators, integrations and tooling that keep everything running through peak season.
